7 step web design process

Click here and share what you have in mind. We can discuss further through email or on a call to get more clarity and then I'll send you a quote.

I may give suggestions and ask a few questions to understand what kind of problem are we trying to solve here, why this website is important to you, who is your target audience, and what measurable or intangible benefits are we trying to achieve.

Consider me as your valuable design partner or peer working alongside you to achieve your desired outcome or goal.

There is a 50% payment due to begin. You will receive a payment link to make the first deposit. You can pay securely through Stripe, PayPal, Razorpay, or do a bank transfer.

Send your logo source file, website text, and images if any.

Text for web pages: Depending on what you want to achieve, a compelling website copy can keep your website visitors engaged and lead them to take actions that are both important to you and meaningful to them.

If you need a website copywriter, you can try upwork.com.

Logo: You can get a logo from 99designs.com. Designers from around the world review your design brief and submit unique ideas. You provide feedback, hone your favorites and choose a winner. If your website is such that you don't need a logo, then that's fine, we can use just text.

Note: Before I create a draft for a page, I would need the website copy to strategize the flow of design and contents.

After I get the logo and website copy, I will give a date for the first draft. I will set up a temporary URL and create the first draft of the home page within 6-8 working days.

The home page design style such as the colors, typography, font choice, voice tone, illustrations, or imagery will give you a feel of the personality of the website that we're aiming for. Most feedback and revisions happen at this stage.

Once we fix the design style direction, I will start working on the rest of the pages one by one. Based on your feedback, I will make edits and revisions to these pages.

When all the pages are completed and you're happy to make it go live, the final 40% payment is to be made. After the payment, I'll transfer the website to your domain name and hosting.

I will test to make sure everything works as intended before and after the transfer.

Name.com is a good place to register a domain name. Siteground's GrowBig Plan is a very solid hosting option for your website's top performance, backup, speed, and security.

You have one-month free support where I can do content updates, edits, or fix bugs. I can also teach you how to edit or add text, change images, and add blog posts.

But if you would rather have me handle website content updates and maintenance, we can work out a 6-month or 12-month contract. You don't have to touch the backend, just send me the contents or changes to be made and I will take care of the rest.
